Snake Contact Lenses

Looking for a pair of non-prescription snake contact lenses? Look no farther than our incredible range of soft, reusable, non-prescription snake contacts. A sub-category of our popular cosplay contacts range, it incorporates snake contacts that can be used to accurately replicate the appearance of real-life snake eyes as well as the eyes of snake-like characters derived from popular media. Featuring pixel accurate hand-printed designs that completely hide the natural colour of your iris, giving you an incredible, but temporary snake-eye transformation, they are ideal for use in snakeskin inspired special effects makeups, snake themed cosplays, and Halloween costumes.

Evolving from terrestrial lizards, and traceable right back to the Middle Jurassic Epoch (174.1 million to 163.5 million years ago), there are in excess of 3,000 living species of snake and approximately 600 of these are venomous. However, all of these are far less fearsome than species such as Colombia’s extinct Titanoboa. Having lived approximately 60 million years ago, it measured up to 60 feet long and weighed up to 2,500 pounds. Often feared or misuderstood, for reasons like the aforementioned, snakes have inspired a whole host of myths and legends as well as a plethora of characters from modern-day live-action movies, cartoons, animations, video games, and comics.

Having created one of the world’s largest ranges of snake contact lenses, we have a plethora of designs that can be used to replicate both real-life snake eyes as well as the eyes of snake-like characters. For example, our red cat eyes which feature a round red iris and a vertical black pupil are an almost pixel-perfect replica of the eyes of the Ruby-Eyed Pit Viper. Native to Asia, this species also boasts bright green skin which fades to pale green or white underneath. Meanwhile, one of our most popular character-accurate snake contact lens designs comes in the form of our Nagini snake contacts which have been especially designed to replicate the eyes of Nagini, Lord Voldemort’s formerly human pet-snake from the Harry Potter franchise. Other notable examples include our green cobra contacts which are ideal for cosplaying the eyes of Medussa. Featuring in Greek mythology, she is portrayed as a winged human-like female with living snakes in place of hair, and is said to have the ability to turn people to stone with eye contact alone. Then there is our blackout contacts which serve as a pixel perfect match for the eyes of Marvel’s Tanya Sealy, a member of the Serpent Society, and otherwise known as the super-villain Black Mamba.
