This essentially means that you may return any item within 30 days of taking delivery in exchange for a full refund. However, for an item to be eligible, it must remain fully sealed, unopened, and unused. Essentially this means it must be in resellable condition.
Our 30-day returns process works like this:
Step 1 – Contact us here in order to notify us that you would like to return an item. We will get back to you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to provide you with a return authorisation number and the address for our returns processing centre.
Step 2 – Return the item to us, ensuring it is securely packaged, contains the original packing slip or a note confirmig your full name and order number, and that the correct postage has been applied (we recommend tracked and insured).
Step 3 – Upon receipt of your return we will check to ensure that the item is in resellable condition and provided everything is above board we will issue your refund within 48 hours, but it may take 3-5 working days to reach your account. Please also note, due to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering regulations, we are only able to process a refund back to your original payment method.
