Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We are happy to ship to almost any country in the world. We have dedicated US and UK order fulfillment facilities, but have previously shipped to countries including Germany, Poland, India, Argentina, Iceland, and Saudi Arabia. When will my order ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 2-24 hours of a cleared payment. However, this time frame may increase during busy periods like Halloween, or over weekends and national holidays. For example, any order placed after 3:00 pm GMT on a Friday, won’t be shipped until the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

Provided you opt for a fully tracked shipping option, you will be able to track your order on its journey from our fulfillment center to your door or mailbox. The information required to track your order will be automatically emailed to you upon it being shipped. However, the tracking information may not be active/updated for up to 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we operate a 30-day, no questions asked, returns policy. This essentially means that within 30 days, provided your items(s) remain fully sealed, unopened, and unused, you may request a return in exchange for a full refund.

Do you provide free shipping labels for returns?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently provide shipping labels for returns. Returns can easily be made via your nearest post office though. However, you will be responsible for packaging the item(s) securely, adding our returns address to the package, and applying the appropriate return shipping.

How long do refunds take to process?

If we confirm that you are due a refund, it will be processed within 48 hours, but may take 3-5 working days to reach your account. Please also note, due to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering regulations, we are only able to process refund back to your original payment method.

How do I report a missing item?

We work hard to ensure all orders are correct. However, we are only human and on rare occasions mistakes can happen. If you believe your order has been shipped with an item missing, please contact us, here, within 48-hours of taking delivery so that we can investigate further with a view to having the missing item shipped out to you as a priority.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately not. We are presently only able to accept online orders. However, if you have unanswered questions, are having trouble placing an order, or require any other kind of assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us via one of the methods listed here.
